Terms of Service
Last updated on July 22nd, 2022. These Terms of Service (which, together with all business terms, are the “Terms”) are effective immediately for users accessing or using the website with or without a registered account on, before, or, as of July 22nd, 2022.
As a condition of using the platform, you warrant that:
- All information provided by you via the Service Breeder platform is true, accurate, current, and, complete.
- If you are an account holder, you will protect your account details and monitor and accept full responsibility for any use of your account (including your interaction and communication with others) by anyone other than you.
- You are 16 years of age or older (or you have parental approval) at the time of registering an account, using the platform and contributing to our website.
- You possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and use the platform per all terms and conditions herein.
Service Breeder does not gather information from anyone without their express consent, which is implicit while using our platform. We retain the right to refuse anyone access to our services at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, a breach of this agreement. By using the Service, including any product or services that support the sharing of content to or from third-party sites, you acknowledge and agree that you are entirely liable for any information you disclose on the Service Breeder platform. You may access our services solely as intended through the functionality of our platform and as permitted by this agreement.
Account Information
To have access to certain features on our platform, you will need to become an account holder by creating an account. We implore you to register with accurate and complete information to serve you better.
We save and use the information you provide during the registration process, such as the first and last name you enter, email address, physical address, phone number, date of birth, and any other information to create your account. We may publicly display the first name and last initial that you provide, as well as any image or other content you submit during the account creation process, as part of your account profile. We also store and use any preferences you provide to personalize your user experience, including dining and activity preferences. You can modify some of the account information you provide through your account settings. If someone creates an unauthorized account using your personal information, you can request its removal by flagging it or reporting such an account.
If you are creating a Service Breeder account for commercial purposes and accepting this agreement on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity you represent and you are authorized to do so and also have the authority to bind such entity to this agreement, in which case the words “you” and “your” as used in this agreement shall refer to such entity and the individual acting on behalf of the company shall be referred to as a “Business Representative.”
Communications
When you sign up for an account, you are opting to receive messages from other users, businesses, and Service Breeders. You can manage some of your messaging preferences through your account settings. We may also track your actions in response to the messages you receive from us or through the service. You agree and understand that Service Breeder may place advertisements and promotions on alongside, near, adjacent, or otherwise near your content as well as the content of other users. For quality purposes, our communications with you, including phone calls, will be monitored and recorded for future reference.
Through your use of our platform, you may encounter links to third-party sites and apps or be able to interact with third-party sites and apps.
Service Breeder is not responsible or liable in any way for the agreements between you and a third party on the site. Therefore, be cautious of your dealings with third parties on our platform.
Service Breeder may, from time to time, change, update, or discontinue certain items and features of our services. You agree and understand that Service Breeder has no obligation to store or maintain your Content or other information you provide, except to the extent required by applicable law.
