We proposed a 50% settlement: the buyer would return 50% of the total amount, and the seller would send a more suitable product and receive her full payment. However, the buyer refused, insisting that until she received her goods in full and in better condition, she wouldn’t release the held goods or make any payment.

Given that the goods were not sent in good condition after proper examination, the seller agreed to send better goods. Once approved by us, her money would be paid. This solution worked, pacifying both the buyer and the seller.
